The Historic Studios is a small community of working artists who live and work in close proximity to one another. When spaces become available, visual artists are welcome to apply to be considered for affordable housing and studios at the Historic Studios at Berrendo Road. Priority is given to former residents of the Roswell Artist-in-Residence Program. There is a selection process and all requests from former RAiRs and others will be reviewed.
