Public sculpture created by Alison Saar, commissioned by The Lorraine Hansberry Initiative, and honoring the life and legacy of playwright Lorraine Hansberry.

The sculpture was unveiled on June 9, 2022 in Times Square, NYC, and will make several stops for display in the US over the next year before arriving at its permanent home in Chicago.
