Thoma Foundation Grant

Thanks to the generous support of the Carl & Marilynn Thoma Foundation, RAiR has received a grant to upgrade our digital media equipment that will be available to RAiR artists. These resources will help artists who create videos and video installations develop their ideas and create at a high level consistent with contemporary museums and galleries.

By partnering with Thoma, the region’s digital art collecting and curating leader, RAiR wants to help make New Mexico a leader in the production of forward-looking emerging media.

The Thoma Foundation recognizes the power of the arts to challenge and shift perceptions, spark creativity and connect people across cultures.They lend and exhibit artworks from their collection and support innovative individuals and pivotal initiatives in the arts.
