Celia Chetham

Celia M. Chetham (1963) was born in Northhampton, Massachusetts, where her father was the director of the Smith College Museum of Art. In 1985 Celia graduated with a BA from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She studied animation and filming and made theater props which influenced her artistic pieces in the 1980s. After her residency in Roswell, Celia went to the Yaddo artist retreat in Saratoga Springs, New York.
