John WHittaker
John Whittaker began practicing street photography while in college in 1969. He studied briefly at the Art Students League, The New School and the School of Visual Arts. He was the staff photographer for the Chelsea Clinton News and the Westsider community newspapers in New York City. He has shown in various venues in New York, including the Cork Gallery at Lincoln Center, the Camera Club of New York and the Westbeth Gallery. (From RAiR 50th Anniversary Exhibition Catalog, 2017)
