Michael Foran

Michael Foran applied to the RAiR program while living in Laramie, Wyoming. He gained his BA in Art from the State University of New York, Oswego in 1972 and his MFA from the University of Wyoming, Laramie in 1976. He was awarded the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellowship in 1978 and participated in seven exhibitions throughout the 1970s.
