Rudy Pozzatti 

Born in Telluride, Colorado, Rudy Pozzatti (1925 - 2021 ) earned his BFA in 1948 and MFA in 1950 at the University of Colorado, Boulder. From 1956 to 1991 he served as professor emeritus at Indiana University. He received over fifty awards and recognitions, including two Fulbright Grants for Italy in 1952 and 1963 and a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1963. Rudy was a finalist for the Robert Foster Cherry Award for Teaching in 2008, awarded by Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He has shown his prints around the world, and is represented in such public collections as the Bibliotheque Nationale, Paris, France; the Museum of Art, Sydney, Australia; the Art Institute of Chicago, Illinois; and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Pennsylvania.
